Custom Gazebo Builder in Jacksonville, FL
Custom cedar gazebos handcrafted on site, designed in person with you in AutoCAD and never prefabricated.
A gazebo gives you a real roof outdoors: shade at noon, cover in a summer storm and a place for a fan, a TV or a fireplace. AY Luxury Designs is a custom gazebo builder for homes across Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. Every gazebo is designed for your home and built by hand on site, with the engineering, HOA paperwork and permits handled for you. You get less chores and more chill. Some gazebos stand alone in the yard and others attach to the house, under a flat, shed-style or peaked A-frame roof.

Merriam-Webster defines a gazebo as a roofed structure, usually freestanding and usually open on the sides, and lists pavilion as a synonym.
Fun fact: according to Merriam-Webster, the word gazebo may come from the English word gaze plus a Latin-style ending, as in videbo, "I shall see."
In-home design visit. Amany comes to your home for an in-person walkthrough, so we look at the project together where you're most comfortable, finalize the details and choose your colors and finishes.
A-frame cedar gazebo with a metal roof and linear fire feature, Jacksonville Beach We replaced the old roof panels over the patio with an A-frame cedar gazebo tied into the house, with a metal roof over a warm wood ceiling and a bronze screen enclosure with our expanded-view upgrade. The centerpiece is a linear stone fire feature with clear fireglass.
Permits and HOA approval
A gazebo is a permanent structure, so it's permitted, and most HOAs require architectural approval first. Every permitted structure gets its necessary engineered documents. We prepare your HOA/ARB package with a scaled site plan, elevations, materials and 3D renderings, pull the permits and pass the inspections.
Where We Build
We build gazebos for homeowners across Northeast Florida, from Marsh Landing and The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach to RiverTown, Palencia and Pace Island, and everywhere in between. See our pages for Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, St. Johns and Fruit Cove, St. Augustine, Jacksonville Beach, Fleming Island and Orange Park.
