Every inch of this Jacksonville Beach property reflects AY Luxury Designs’ signature approach — a full white-glove, turnkey design-build process that transforms backyards into private luxury destinations.

Two identical cedar A-frame patio extensions now define each side of the lanai, framing the home with symmetry and style. Every beam, post, and header is meticulously wrapped in cedar with mitered edges, finished in a deep Cabot bark mulch stain that complements the home’s white Hardie board siding. Beneath, a warm honey-toned tongue and groove ceiling creates an inviting contrast, concealing the rafters for a sleek, finished look.

Under the right-hand pavilion, an impressive linear gas fireplace takes center stage — floor to ceiling in premium Lenzo wall block. The design transitions from a glacier base, mirroring the soft silver of the travertine flooring, to Sierra stone that brings depth and warmth. At night, hidden lighting creates the illusion of the fireplace floating above the patio, adding a dramatic, modern glow.

To the left, an L-shaped outdoor kitchen continues the architectural rhythm with matching Lenzo stone and color scheme. The black granite countertop provides a bold statement against the cedar backdrop, complete with built-in amenities: a five-burner professional grill, integrated trash, pantry, beverage center, and a full bar with seating. Discreet pop-up outlets recessed into the granite offer USB and standard plug access — a subtle nod to the build’s luxury-meets-function design philosophy. Both the fireplace and kitchen feature underlighting that accentuates their textures, while in-ground lighting across the perimeter sets the tone for evening entertaining.

Beyond the patio, the backyard opens into a striking square infinity pool and elevated hot tub. Shellstone coping traces clean modern lines, while the glass-tiled spa glimmers in deep ocean hues that shift with the light. The elevated spa’s infinity edge cascades seamlessly into the pool below, creating a mirrored reflection effect that enhances the illusion of space. Floating travertine stepping pads lead from the lounge ledge — fitted with in-water chaise loungers — to the opposite side, merging style and functionality with resort-like precision.

Behind the pool, twin palm trees cradle a hammock — perfectly centered to maintain the home’s visual symmetry. Soft landscaping with smooth pebbles and natural boulders forms a subtle retaining wall and grounds the tropical design. The side corridors feature turf-lined walkways and a private putting green, bordered with a travertine cap that ties the entire space together. Even the gutters are elevated with copper rain chains, replacing standard downspouts with sculptural elegance.
